

Where can I buy a Sensana Sling or product?
Currently Sensana Slings products and slings can only be purchased via the website.
We are currently looking at stocking our product in stores throughout New South
Wales, Australia so please keep checking back with us for stockists.
How do I know which size will fit?
Everyone is different so you may find that more than one size
fits. Please see our sizing
page for measuring and sizing
instructions. If you find that the sling is too big or small,
we will happily exchange for a different size.
How do I wear my sling?
Please refer to our wearing
instructions for full details on
how to put on or wear your Sensana sling or Sensana sarong.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by completing the online Order Form

How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation via email within 48
hours of receiving your order. If you do not receive an
order confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact
us at orders@sensanaslings.com.au.
How do I pay for my purchase?
Once you have placed your order with us, we will contact you
with details of payment options. We currently accept direct
bank deposit, PayPal, money order or company cheque. Items
will not be shipped until funds have fully cleared and are
paid in full.
When will I receive my purchase?
Order payments must be received in full before orders can be
processed. Orders will be processed and shipped within 7
business days of order, however, sometimes delays can occur
and you will be advised of this at the time of order confirmation.
Made to order items will be processed and shipped within
14 business days of receipt of payment. A deposit of 50%
will be required on made to order items and payment must
be received in full prior to shipping. Due to consistently
changing prints and fabrics we cannot always guarantee that
the print you have requested will be available. We will
advise you if your preference is not available at the time
of order.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on receipt of gift voucher
with order form. These can be mailed to us with your order

Can I use my discount voucher?
Discount vouchers can only be used on full priced items and
can only be honoured if received with order.
How much is postage?
All orders are mailed using Australia Post unless shipped overseas.
Postage will be a flat rate of $10 (minimum charge), however
this is dependent on the number of items you purchase. We
will advise you at the time of order confirmation how much
postage you will need to pay. If you request express delivery,
please email us with your order or advise us at the time
of ordering and we will calculate the cost of express postage
for you.
Will my goods be insured?
We do not offer insurance as standard on goods, however you
can insure your goods for an additional charge. Please let
us know if you require insurance on your items and we will
let you know upon order confirmation.
Please note that if you do not insure your goods, we cannot
guarantee that once we have passed the items on to Australia
Post that they will reach you safely and securely. Sensana
Slings takes no responsibility for goods damaged, misplaced
or lost once passed onto Australia Post.
Do you ship overseas?
We do ship overseas, however we can only calculate your shipping
rates once we have received your order.
What if I need to return or exchange my product?
We endeavour to supply our products in perfect condition, however
we understand that circumstances arise where returns or exchanges
may be required. We will happily exchange/return your goods

Although every care is taken to provide quality items, if you
are ever unhappy or dissatisfied with your product, please
email us immediately to feedback@sensanaslings.com.au and
we will most certainly endeavour to rectify the problem.

If you cannot decide on a gift or do not know which size to choose, why not give a gift voucher. We have 3 denominations which can also be bought as a combination. The denominations are $25, $50 and $100.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be either mailed via Australia Post or sent electronically to an email address.

When buying a Sensana Slings product as a gift, why not have
it gift wrapped. When ordering, just check the gift wrapping

Payments can be made via direct bank deposit, cheque, money order, visa, mastercard or via PayPal. Once we have received your order, we will advise you of payment options. All prices in our catalogue and online are current and include 10% gst.

Your order will be mailed to you via Australia Post. Postage on one item will be $10, however this will be calculated and you will be advised via email upon confirmation of your order if you are overseas or order more than one item.

Please contact us at orders@sensanaslings.com.au with your order number prior to returning or exchanging your sling. Sometimes you may find that either one size up or down would suit and we will happily try to resolve any issues you have prior to returning the product. We do not accept returns on sale items and will only make an exchange.
All items for return/exchange must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging. We will not accept any item which has been damaged by misuse, washed or worn. Please read the care instructions carefully.
All returns/exchange must be received by Sensana Slings within 14 days of the original shipping date. We can waiver this if the item is bought prior to the birth of a new baby, but please contact us in this respect. Once you have contacted us we will give you a Returns number and send you a postage pouch to return the item in. Original postage/shipping costs will not be refunded. We will endeavour to process your return/exchange as quickly as possible but this may be dependent on stock. As our stock is changing all the time, we may not be able to send you the identical print so we will advise you of this at the time.
A full refund (excluding postage) will be given if the item is returned within 14 days of the date of shipping from Sensana Slings. We will not accept any item unless proof of purchase is provided and if the item is damaged in any way.
